Project summary
Located in the centre of Christchurch, St Asaph Street Kitchen was one of the first bar and restaurants built after the earthquakes. Trademark was contracted to undertake a full commercial rebuild of the bar and restaurant, which also included fitting out the commercial kitchen. The brief from our client was to build an upmarket bar and restaurant that the people of Christchurch could enjoy post-earthquake.
The scope of our works was a full commercial rebuild, including seismic upgrade through to commercial kitchen fit-out, and architectural fit-out of the bar and restaurant.
Trademark's expertise in commercial construction, as well as commercial fit-out, meant that this project was delivered to a high spec and to a very happy client.
